Had an ice bucket but no ice. Did not receive clean towels. Bill was paid when reservation was made through hotel website. Clerk charged full amount a second time on arrival and has yet to issue a refund even after this was pointed out.

5 minute walk to many restaurants.

My family of 5 stayed in one of the family suites, which had 2 double beds and twin bunk beds. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a decent-sized gap under the door leading out to a small balcony, which could allow access to bugs entering the room. Although we did NOT see any bugs at all in our room. Again, our room was very clean. A simple weather strip under the door would fix that. Dreams Miramar was a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again.

It was a bed to sleep in but that’s about it. Our room was noisy due to traffic on the highway outside our window.

Average hotel, no restaurant, no real front desk staff. Limited offerings.

Solid place, good location to bars / beaches / restaurants for a great price but close to the highway, so it’s noisy at night. Just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

I made two reservations at the same time. When we arrived, they only had one of them. They finally 'found' us a room, but on the 1st floor next to the incoming hotel traffic. It was very loud at night and through the morning. The vending machine was virtually empty of all cold drinks, they had no ice and the front desk clerk did not seem to know the local area.

My experience was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

We found the experience to be quite pleasant. The hotel itself is quiet. It’s relatively close to old San Juan. We were glad we stayed there.

Stayed here on both sides of a cruise we took out of San Juan. Hotel served its purpose (clean, safe, affordable) but not a whole lot of extras. Which was fine as we just needed a place to sleep and shower. Staff was very helpful in holding our luggage both ways, calling taxis, etc.

The hotel is great for short term stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and courteous. Good place to stay overnight when between travel connections.

Didn't like anything about it

The hotel was clean and comfortable. A bonus was the shuttle to the Pier to catch our cruise.

Old dated not clean isolated no where close to eat. Worst stay any where ever

There was no soap or shampoo in the shower.
