It was like sleeping in a warehouse. In the room there were two mattresses stacked just like that. There were no toiletries at all, not even towels.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean, the only thing missing was no blanket.

If you want to experience staying with the sensation of Kost Kawan, this hotel is one of the choices, first you will be greeted by a front office that is frugal and will talk in providing information. Room facilities are equipped with ceiling decorations with army motifs, and are facilitated with hangers that feel like scout camps, not to mention the bathroom with an unfinished industrial concept, before taking a shower you must report to turn on the water machine. The ambiance of the hotel is workers and the hustle and bustle of transportation. Finally, for our parking, it feels like being in the Mahsyar field (straight through the sky).

The water tap was broken and not fixed. I asked for extra money but there was so much damage that the door was difficult to open. Please fix it again if you want to ask for extra money.

Pada awalnya saya tertarik setelah melihat foto dan deskripsi tempat Kirribilli Guest House Syariah ini untuk menginap bersama keluarga, tetapi alhasil saya sangat kecewa karena sudah booking dan menginap untuk 2 malam tanggal 23 Desember 2023 sampai dengan 25 Desember 2023, tempat tidak sesuai dengan yang ditawarkan melalui aplikasi Traveloka. Saat check in tidak ada namanya meja resepsionis yang ada hanya seperti pos jaga tempat dan juga pelayanan buruk juga kurang humanis, kamar saya tempat akses masuk melewati dapur umum sungguh tidak etis dan kurang baik (jorok dan kotor), saya mau mandi saja harus lapor dulu ke pelayannya untuk menyalakan air booster untuk shower mandi sangat merepotkan mesti harus lapor terlebih dahulu, dengan terpaksa saya dan keluarga keesokan pagi harinya ditanggal 24 Desember 2023 melakukan check out padahal seharusnya kami check out di tanggal 25 Desember 2023 dan dengan terpaksa dan kecewa kami rugi 1 malam sudah bayar lunas via aplikasi lumayan mahal dan merugi. Akhirnya kami mencari tempat penginapan lain walaupun sebenarnya rugi dan sangat kecewa. Saya beri saran untuk traveloka lakukan blacklist terhadap tempat penginapan ini, terima kasih.

There is no table in the room, only a small stool. Even though the table is more important than the bench. There is no mirror in the room. The room also leaked, so the mattress got wet. You only get 1 soap while the number of guests is 2 people. I also didn't get toothpaste & toothbrush. There is no mineral water either. The rooms are very, very narrow.
