The room is quite spacious and clean. There is a TV, AC that works well. The hotel environment is also clean. The location is strategic. The staff is friendly. Recommended.

My first experience staying at this hotel, hopefully in the future the beds and bathrooms will be cleaner... and the check-in time should be extended until 1 am, because I saw many people from out of town staying here temporarily.

The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom, the floor was sticky, the air conditioner didn't work, so if you complained about this, the hotel staff didn't respond, basically we gave up on staying at Redsdoors Syariah Suntan Bonang.

According to the price, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, asked for an extra bed and said it was being washed 😄, the AC was noisy. Dirty, far from food vendors must gofood,

Resepsioninya sangat buruk pelayannya, saya menginap di sini 2 malem, tidak ada handuk, alas kasur seperti belum dicuci karena masih sedikit bau, dan paling parahnya kunci motor saya ketinggalan di motor saya lupa tidak saya cabut, terus saya tanya resepsionisnya ngamankan atau tidak dia bilang tidak, setelah saya suruh cek cctv eh tau-taunya kunci motor saya tiba-tiba ada di meja lobby yang sudah jelas-jelas saya cek 3 kali awalnya tidak ada ehh tiba-tiba ada setelah saya ancam suruh cek cctv, mungkin mau maling atau gimana saya tidak tau, efek kejadian itu saya jadi telat dan kasiangan di acara saya 🤡🤓.

Sudah sering nginap di sini. Namun makin kesini kok kondisi kamar semakin mengkhawatirkan. Pintu kamar mandi sudah mau copot, tempat tidur masih pakai yang jadul, kursi di dalam kamar tidak layak dipakai serta yang paling jorok adalah adanya kecoak masuk kamar dan terbang diatap kamar saat mau tidur.

Hotelnya bersih dan letaknya sangat strategis di kota Magelang yang asri.
