Kamar ya bau, kotor, AC y tidak dingin, tv tidak ad, padahal kamar masih byak yang kosong, minta pindah ditempat yang layak malah disuruh nambah biaya, jadi ngerasa kayak ditipu kok gak dikasih tau di awal, pelayan yang cewe tidak ramah. Intinya sangat kecewa

The 2nd floor and 3rd floor are dirty, lots of cigarette ash, lots of cigarette butts, lots of rubbish, the floor is not swept, the floor is not mopped.
