If possible, the hotel rooms could be cleaner, and the AC could be upgraded.

It's good, the place is clean, the room is spacious. Nothing fancy.

The bed sheet smells bad, the AC works quite well, the TV is on but the picture often errors, you get 2 towels with lots of dirty spots, the soap is only a little bit left, not refilled. Well, it's called a cheap lodging, so that's how it is..

For a homestay under two hundred thousand, it's okay. Strategic location in Suhat area. The receptionist is friendly, cleanliness is okay. Only the sheets seem to need to be changed frequently

Nice and comfortable, there is AC too, but unfortunately the plugs in the room I occupied were a bit far and high, so it was a bit difficult to charge my cellphone. Overall ok 👍

The place is an old building. The bathroom lock was broken. The room doors are all old. Bahalak era style cupboard.

The staff is good, but the facilities are very below standard.

Clean rooms, friendly receptionist, mineral drinks provided, hot water for brewing tea/coffee, hot water for bathing, snacks near the area and affordable, natural atmosphere with green open space, feels like home. The only minus is that the bathroom is clogged, input, next the towels have to be renewed because they are quite worn, the sheets look quite old because some are torn. But everything can be overcome because I anticipate bringing personal sheets, blankets and towels. This guest house is recommended for those who want to go to Malang at an affordable price.

Free kopi dan teh, enak buat nunggu waktu check-in. Resepsionis dan ibu-ibu room service baik-baik dan helpful semua. Kamar family enak bersih, water heater berfungsi dengan baik pas di saat cuaca malang yang dingin banget. Memang ngincar ini karena dekat untuk cari makanan dan dekat UB. Overall 4,9.

Very affordable accommodation with satisfying facilities. Even though the building is old, there is no scary impression because the staff is on standby and the lighting is very sufficient. A prayer room is provided. The water and toilet function well, the hot water is also good and liquid soap is provided. The bathroom door was a bit damaged, but it could still be closed even though it was not locked. The AC is cool, there is a television that functions well. The mattress is clean, no strange spots. Get 2 bottles of mineral water. The parking lot is sufficient for 4 cars. The surrounding area sells lots of food at night and in the morning. In the living room, free drinking water is provided and you can make tea.
