The cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathroom. The door knob is broken, the floor also looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned for a long time. Overall it's okay, the receptionist is very friendly. Great hospitality.

not as expected, the bed was broken and the wood wasn't fixed, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the mattress wasn't comfortable... when I entered the room the smell was bad...

Friendly staff, nice, just the cleanliness of the room and need maintenance, leaking tap, water heater doesn't work, etc.

The hotel staff is very very friendly. The road to the hotel is a bit creepy at night. The room is very very clean, the sheets and pillows smell very good. The food is very good. Very good

The location is a bit tricky, quite tricky. The staff service was okay, the receptionist and the man who picked up the suitcase were also kind and friendly. What I regret is, the room is not comfortable. The shower handle was broken (but when I reported it the father quickly fixed it, best), the shower was taped and a little water came out. The handle for the bidet is also tilted. The original door was also apparently damaged, you had to press it first to close it. The glass is quite dirty and dusty. I also couldn't change rooms at that time because there weren't enough staff :)).

Tolong fasilitas wifi dan TV diperbaiki lagi. Sudah 4bln tidak kesini. Begitu kesini banyak properti yang sudah rusak. Tolong diperbaiki lagi.

Hopefully in the future there will be improvements to the rooms.
