It's ok for the price and atmosphere. Cleanliness could be improved and the AC could be cleaned to be cooler.

book a room here, already paid, but instead thrown to another worse hotel. really bad service and system in this hotel. totally disappointed! next time if the price is not included, don't list it at a cheap price at the merchant. where there is no refund and instead thrown to a hotel that is said to be a branch of their hotel

Dirty walls, broken mattresses are very uncomfortable to sleep in. Dirty environment, lots of cockroaches

Messy, not recommended, just this once

The room walls were dirty, the linen had lots of spots, the bathroom was still wet.

For that price, it's quite comfortable, thank you.

1. Pertama kali masuk banyak nyamuknya, sampe beli onat nyamuk ke minimarket depan. 2. Kamar mandi kotor, kaya g pernah di sikat bersih, pintunya rusak kalau nutup harus diganjel biar g kebuka lh. 3. Waktu ambil remot jatuh samping ranjang yang deket tembok juga kaya g disapu banyak debu, bagian lantai yang keliatan ja yang disapu. Maaf tp itu yang saya rasakan.+ pelayanan receptionis bagus, cukup ramah.

Kamar kotor, kamar mandi kotor, kasur keras, bantal kotor. Dak ada keset kaki.

Uncomfortable mattress, hard towels, torn plastic headboard, dirty dirty walls, thin pillows, dirty sink, leaking & dirty toilet, rusty faucet hose & faucet with calcium deposits, dirty dividing glass, cobwebs above the shower. Dirty. Book two nights in two separate bookings. Therefore, guests must check-out at 12:00 & physically leave the room and then be able to check-in again at 14:00. T**** rules. Having to leave your ID card? Just create a credit card & online shopper account, just take a photo of your KTP. Check-in at other places also only takes photos. He said it was for a guarantee, but he didn't want to change the money. It's g*****, right? If you want a good guest filter, force guests to bring SKCK as well. The receptionist is stiff, not intelligent, not a solution. Just 15 minutes in the room & stay elsewhere even though you have paid for 2 nights.

Miss you, the receptionist is stupid, everyone says you can't be unethical without trying to provide a solution. When you first entered the room, the pillows weren't neat and they weren't put in their place, it looked like the room had been used. Then the AC hose is thrown into the toilet from above right above the toilet, imagine you are defecating with a trickle of AC water. The water from the sink faucet and for bathing is salty, isn't it from PDAM?

Not comfortable, feel less privacy.
