I ask for high floor, but that's need to pay again for the tips, room so dirty so many hair under the bed.

From the start, the location was doubtful. The price of 494 on weekends is not a recommendation, only 1 initial towel facility, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste are not available. You have to ask first and even then it's not as expected, there's no coffee, tea or sugar available. It wasn't clean enough when we first arrived there was already glass left over 🙃 the wallpaper in the room was already peeling so it looked dirty. Really not a recommendation. Photos and reality do not match reality. So bad ☹️ that's enough and thank you. Hopefully it can be improved again for customer convenience.
