If I go to Balikpapan, I will stay here again, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the guard is also welcoming, the place is clean and tidy (the last slide because I was about to check out, so it was a bit messy hehe). Anyway, I will never get tired of recommending this accommodation 👍🏻👍🏻

very strategic location, comfortable and clean, close to ATM, easy to find food because in front of the inn there is a park with food stalls, just walk to the mall. happy to stay at Koolkost, maintain cleanliness and comfort 👍 will be the main choice if you will stay at bpn 🙏

This is a really cool inn. In the middle of the city, near the park, underneath a food stall. From the outside, the appearance is not convincing. But once you enter the room..wow! even though it's not that big, it's enough for two people. Very clean, fragrant, cold AC, TV on. Dispensers, coffee/tea are provided for guests who stay. The place is simple but fun. I think I'll come back here again if I go to Balikpapan

The room is clean and smells good….

The staying experience was very comfortable, only the AC for room number 2 was not cold enough even though it was set to the coldest.

Clean room, cold AC, clean bathroom, clean sheets. Dining place is downstairs, in Bekapai Park, also across the street. Mosque is nearby. This is a great hidden gem for those who want to stay 1-2 days.

The place is nice and comfortable. However, the water smells like dirt so when you shower it still doesn't feel fresh and comfortable, maybe there's an improvement from the local PDAM. The staff are friendly and also responsive.
