Pertama, staff hotel mengatakan bahwa pihak mereka belum dibayar oleh traveloka dan sudah lama diputus hubungan oleh traveloka. Kedua, tempatnya sangat menyeramkan dan terkesan seperti hotel yang tidak benar ✌. Ketiga, saya tidak dapat meminta kembali uang saya kepihak manapun 😪. Kalau mau mesan sebaiknya dipertimbangkan kembali.
