The hotel is relatively cheap so I don't expect much, overnight stay is ok

The room was old, very dirty, smelled bad and had a lot of mold. The mini bar was rusty and not cold. The bed sheet had holes. The plus point was the big window, open view. I checked in at 2:30 pm and checked out at 6:30 pm, I didn't dare to stay overnight.

Because this hotel is near my area, I just booked it, and I didn't expect much, but the service was terrible. The hotel has not been upgraded for a long time, so the facilities are degraded. The elevator is creaking, the air conditioner is yellowed, not blowing air, the sink is leaking, and there are bugs in the toilet. The lobby is also quite messy. The hotel's soundproofing is not good, you can hear the room next door doing things, and because it is next to the cultural house, you can hear the sound of music playing for exercise at 5-6am, and you can still hear it when you are on the 6th floor. Guests are not assisted with luggage. When checking to confirm the booking with the fanpage, the fanpage called directly and then ignored the message. When calling the hotel, the staff was confused and unfriendly, and hung up on them. Guests were more polite to the staff than the staff were to guests. In short, the hotel is only suitable for those who need to stay for a few hours, but if you stay overnight, you shouldn't expect too much. In the future, I would definitely rather go a little further than book a room here again.

Hotels are worse than motels in the countryside

The hotel has no hot or cold water, no dryer, super speed kettle. Reported it but refused to replenish it the next day. No shower gel, no drinking water in the room. Refrigerator no electricity. In general, I don't want to book again.
