Great hotel in Guwahati - excellent location, very friendly staff and on-site dining and the bar are added perks. 

he hotel is centrally located, and the staff are very cooperative and prompt in their service.

The entire staff is outstanding but Kaushik at the front desk was exceptional in his customer service skills and professionalism. Clean rooms, great food and central location. Highly recommended hotel. Tej Singh, the doorman / security recognizes me every time I visit the hotel. Lovely gentleman. 

Old property and rooms need upgrade..however food and service was good.

Booked room not available, was offered a twin double which was rejected as it smelled of smoke, finally given another double twin that was acceptable. 

After that the stay was good with great service.
