The TV options are very limited, but otherwise everything was perfect.

I had to stay another night due to changes in my stay. There was no issues with this change. Staff were very helpful to accommodate me. Breakfast was very nice and easy to accesses. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. This is our 3rd time staying here. We will be back for sure

This hotel was nice, quiet and clean.

Was a great stopover location. Close to restaurants. Could use some warm options for their breakfast.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, nice to see smiling faces on arrival. Close to everything we need and great restaurants all around. Will definitely come back.

Le seul hic pour les chambre je trouve ceci un peu dispendieux pour une région qui est lachute nous sommes pas dans le centre ville de Montréal ou Laval ,

Super clean.

Ça fait 2 fois que j'y vais, pour une nuit c'est bien. Déjeuner ok, mais sans plus. Il y a souvent des groupe et les corridors sont bruyant, c'est très écho.

Everything we needed was all available for our stay. And breakfast was great. The new smell of the property was a bonus, Devine. Thanks Microtel

Nous avons adoré notre expérience au microtel de Lachute. Bien situé à 30 min des outlets de Mirabel et du parc Omega . Les lieux sont modernes et propres . On a bien apprécié le coin avec le micro-onde, le mini frigo et la machine à café. Excellent petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Bon en tout points. Neuf, agréable calme. Suggestion: ajouter un banc dans la chambre pour déposer la valise :)

The only downside was a card included with the key sleeve requesting tips for the housekeeping staff. Given the level of tip fatigue in the general population, I was disappointed. I really like Microtel and tend to lean towards them when traveling. I'm guessing that is a franchise level decision and will likely second guess using Microtel in the future.
