The service is too bad for issuing invoices. I paid on the app (including taxes and fees). But after staying, I had to wait many days to get the invoice. The admin did not resolve the issue, so I had to contact the company to ask for the invoice. Then I had to pay an additional 8% tax (even though the tax was included in the booking on the app). And the invoice price was not the same as the price listed on the app (the reason for telling me was that it was the price to pay through the app, not the price they received), ridiculous. The room was good, but the service and customer care were too bad. Last time here.
