Hotel is well located. Rooms have a nice view.. specially the suites on the 4th floor. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Too bad foe the ants in the bathroom and the noise from the air conditioning compressors outside. The breakfast is miserable and not fitting a 4* hotel. After seeing the breakfast we were not motivated to try the dinner. Staff is friendly and efficient but the customer care and attention is lacking. Booked the hotel for my wife's birthday as mentioned to staff. Sadly no special attention. Must highlight Olga at reception who showed individual initiative for customer care and special personnal attention for my wife's birthday. General Manager should empower staff to provide special attention for special events for customers for the wow factor.. Otherwise this is a standard 3 star hotel sevice and does not differentiate itself from others..

Loved this hotel. Fantastic views from our room. Really clean and tidy. Lovely choice at breakfast, wish we had seen dinner menu advertised. Reception staff very friendly and 24hr. Right on the sea front, beach. Great location for bus stop too.

We had great time, the location is perfect (beach front). Very kind staff, we got an ice-cold Prosecco bottle a welcome treat - very appreciated. Clean room with sea view, large, and comfy bed. We will be back.

Recently refurbished hotel. Perfect location, just across the main beaches of beautiful Lerici. Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Just 2 things worth mentioning. Rooms overlooking beaches are great but windows are too thin and even when all windows are closed you can hear cara passing and people shouting.. and Lerici is a busy place so this happens all night. second thing is car park. Hotel offers car park nearby but it is charged extra by the day. Considering room rate i think this should be included. All hotels of this category include parking. In Lerici parking is a huge issue!

We stayed here from 10th April to 14th April, our room was a deluxe one which had plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the beach, the hotel was very clean & the staff were very polite and attentive, breakfast was very good with a great selection, we had a meal in the restaurant which was superb.
