clean hotel, enthusiastic support

The hostess is very enthusiastic, the room is clean. Full of light, near the sea and the surrounding food is also very delicious.

The room is super nice and clean. I really like the rooms with sunlight and the rooms with very large glass doors and very cool balconies. The receptionists are super cute and friendly. Very comfortable.

Friendly and funny owner, clean and beautiful room

I myself accidentally booked the wrong room because I did not know the geographical location of Hoi An area. The next day, when I knew I could not move to the hotel because the distance was quite far from me. I proactively contacted the hotel to cancel the room and received information to contact Traveloka to cancel. However, after 1 day, the hotel charged me the full fee. The hotel is unprofessional and I hope everyone should consider before booking hotels like this.

vị trí rất gần Vin, đối với phố cổ thì hơi xa nhưng nếu đi xe dạo chill, nói chuyện thì cũng ok, xung quanh cũng có nhiều chỗ bán đồ ăn ngon. phòng đẹp. chủ, nhân viên cũng ok.

Phòng sạch đẹp, lịch sự, chủ nhà rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Bạn nào thích chơi ở Vin Pearl thì ở đây rất gần, còn vào Tp thì hơi xa nhé.
