Budget hotel very close to all amenites in town. Our room was modern and had a unique style. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location, only 10 minute walk from the airport and close to dining, the boardwalk, etc. everything is within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, air conditioning. Safe, convenient location. Tea and water available, but I could not find coffee. We arrived early and were given a room anyway, no issues, no extra charges

In a great location being a 10 minute walk from the airport, as well as a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The room is extremely clean with an excellent bathroom with good hot water. The air conditioning unit works extremely well, and there is a supermarket a stone’s throw away from the hotel. Being family run, they will go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. We forgot our passports when we checked out and they managed to send them to the next island by air mail making a stressful situation extremely stress free.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Kamyla was incredibly friendly and service-oriented, going out of her way to share helpful tips and make getting around easy. We’re very grateful for her hospitality. The location is also excellent-close enough to the port for convenience, yet far enough to avoid the nighttime noise from nearby bars and restaurants.

It was a very comfortable oldish hotel which has a warm family atmosphere, excellent value for money! And the air conditioner worked superbly. Thanks to Stefan (sic) for making my stay so welcoming!

Hotel Islas Galapagos was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I on our trip to the Galapagos. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel was located close enough to the downtown area that we could walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Also, the lady that owns the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating to what we needed and even allowed us to check in a little early so we could put our bags down after we arrived from the ferry. The only suggested improvement I would say is that the shower was built to be a walk in shower, but the shower head sprayed too far away from the wall causing water to get everywhere in the bathroom, but it was easily cleanable with towels. As two people who were looking for a place to lay our heads with A/C to keep us cool. This was just the place.

It’s shabby, there’s no breakfast and our room smelled of cigarettes. Outside patio furniture is broken. The hosts are very nice and helpful however.

While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the facility was very basic. The room was basically double bed without much else. If you are looking for a 2 star accommodation this place is perfect.

My room and the rest of the property was kept very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. She even let us wash our very muddy shoes in a tub outside and put them in the sun to dry. Also liked that there was tea, coffee filtered water, refrigerator, toaster and microwave available!e 24 hours.

The property was very well maintained. We were greeted with juice and chocolate upon our arrival. Great location.

The hotel was easy to find by Apple Maps, walking distance from airport, 15 minutes. The room was clean, loud outside noises, no tv, no fridge, loud creeky floors, no water pressure, and no security box or safe. I probably would try another hotel next time

Good hotel vs price for 2-3 nights. Very clean. 5-10 min walk to the ferry and 10 min walk from airport. Hotel owner was very nice. Beds are a bit hard. Instant coffee and tea available to drink.

The owners are very nice and the rooms are okay. I wanted to rank it higher because they were really nice, but in terms of value for money I don't the think it's the best in the area

I enjoyed my stay here. The room itself is very basic but for the 3 days I was on the island it had everything I needed:hot water to shower, good wifi, filtered water to fill a bottle with and air conditioning. They also have a smart TV in the room which is a nice touch but I was too exhausted every day to ever use it. The other nice bonus was a small coffee/tea station and a microwave in the lobby common space. My tours all left early so it was nice to be able to grab some bread and fruit from the panaderia and have a little breakfast with the provided coffee even before I left. The people who run the hotel are all very nice and helpful. The only downside I could find is if you're a light sleeper and like to sleep in later this might not be the place for you. Around 6-7 am every day you could hear trucks buses outside that were quite loud. For me it wasnt a problem because I was up for my tours anyways. Overall a good stay for the price!
