Raffles OWO is filled with history! Breakfast service needs to be friendlier… grumpy waitstaff. Indian dishes in the Drawing Room restaurant needs improvement given all the great Indian food in London.

One of the most extraordinary buildings in London, which played a major role in British history in the 20th Century, and sits in the very Center of British power . The owners have spared no expense in renovating and modernizing this magnificent structurewhile keeping all of the history... Turning it into a hotel unlike any other in the world. And to do it full duty, Raffles has put together a staff that is extraordinarily knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. It was not only a great place to spend a couple of nights, it was just an extraordinary experience... Almost like being given a private suite in an extraordinary Museum with very helpful staff to answer your every question and meet your every need. It is definitely a six-star hotel

Perfect from beginning to end. We cant wait to go back. Although an expensive treat we thought ,overall, given the quality of every single aspect of this beautiful hotel, it represented good value for money. Food, room and service superb.

Incredible hotel and likely the best I’ve stayed in. The decor and finishes are outstanding, the staff are very attentive and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay, concierge staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Picture don’t do justice the actual room is much nicer and I like all the details in the room. Location is amazing and very walkable, used the swimming pool as well which is not busy at all, it was a great experience staying there and had great memories. Very happy and definitely highly recommend.

Outstanding classy new property in a classic landmark building, great service and location.

A truly 5 star experience from check in to check out. Customer service was spot on from start to finish. You are never left wondering where to go in the building, what to eat etc. As there are so many friendly customer service people to help you throughout your stay there. Friendly smiles as you walk by etc. Everything ie. The room, amenities, gym, pool and spa and general hotel interior are of very high quality and they didn't spare anything when they built the Raffles hotel. I would rate the stay and service even better than the Savoy hotel.

The property and management were exceptional.. One things that would be nice is if the rooms had a sound system of some sort that could be connected to blue tooth.

Marvellous! A gorgeous hotel with kind and helpful staff. Room is always clean and organized. Everything is organic at the breakfast, must try the green juice and coconut yogurt.
