Absolutely loved our stay at the fabulous Stone House heritage home. Nicole and Nacho were most welcoming. They were prompt with all correspondence and always accessible. Our suite was a bright and spotless apartment style room. The interior of the home is beautifully renovated while still retaining its charm. A continental style breakfast was offered prior to our morning departure. There are many dining options nearby although as we later realized, Mondays prior to the summer months, many of the restaurants are closed. We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely afternoon and evening sunset on the balcony with a lake view. We will be back without a doubt. 5 plus stars!

Hosts and their property are exceptional! Suites are spacious and attention to detail throughout the house is wonderful. Off street parking is quite convenient and the location is close to everything downtown. Overall a great weekend experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional! The hosts provided excellent communication prior to my visit, reaching out ahead of time with helpful information and making me feel welcome before I arrived. Upon arrival, they greeted me personally and even offered to carry my luggage upstairs. The room is spacious, with every detail thoughtfully considered. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the room with a selection of coffee and tea, and even coffee cream stocked in the refrigerator. Netflix and Prime Video are also included, and there is a private balcony overlooking Lake of the Woods. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Stone House Bed and Breakfast to anyone visiting Kenora!

Suite in a 4 suite, 100 year old building in the downtown. Convenient location with a view of the lake. Clean, quiet rooms. Room had all the amenities, coffee, tea etc. and the owner baked every night and served fresh home baking for breakfast. Definitely worth the money......

It is a great place with a lovely view. The only drawback was access was restricted to the one side of the bed. So crawl over the end or the spouse to get out

Great place to stay! The hosts are wonderful and they live at the same property. Very clean and is more like a B&B and not a hotel.

Good communication. Big room, comfortable bed. They offered a discount at nearby restaurant The Vault, which we really enjoyed.

Spotless room, super friendly hosts, plenty of parking and lovely light breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location in town near restaurants and shops. Easy parking right behind property. Very friendly owner and check in was easy. Good communication before arriving. We were on bottom floor and could hear people using stairs but it was quiet early so not a problem.

Honestly, we were lucky to get their last room they had available. The parking is great and Nicole offered up a part of their own home for us to store some valuables from the back of our truck. Nicole is a fantastic host and made us feel great offering to go to the ends of the earth in service.

Rooms were great. Attention to detail was above and beyond (ground coffee, instant, pods and tea available, with various sweeteners and cream/coffeemate). Great for that first cuppa in the morning. Really appreciated the oatmeal too! Nicole was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!!!!

The personal touches and warm welcome set this place apart. The room and amenities are very clean. The location is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, and groceries. 10/10 each visit, will be back soon
