The place is quite comfortable, the receptionist is very friendly and nice, perhaps the cleanliness could be improved because I still see a lot of dust on the furniture, bathroom, and dust under the table or TV.

For cleanliness, it could be better, because the floor and the cupboard are quite dusty, there are also dirty sawangs on the room table and TV, the ladle and bucket in the toilet are mossy, the closet is clean, the sheets are clean, the AC is also cold, the room walls are peeling so it doesn't look very clean.
