The AC was broken. I turned it on and set it to turbo mode, but it still wasn't cooling. I complained, but it was still hot, so I couldn't sleep until morning. The sheets were dirty, the mattress was too soft, causing back pain, and the pillows were too hard. The room amenities were lacking, but the staff was excellent, as there are many better hotels for this price.
