Overall, my stay at Aralea Coliving was pleasant, and everything was good except for the dirty bath towels. However, the service from one of the reception staff, Ilham, could be improved. His attitude came across as reluctant and his responses to guests felt rather dismissive and insincere. I hope management can address these issues to ensure a more welcoming and professional guest experience.

The room I got was quite spacious, I got a room with a balcony on the first floor. It was nice, the room was clean, and the bathroom. The room was cleaned during the day. It was tidy again in the evening. The staff was friendly and responsive to guests. There is a car park, spacious in front, and there is also motorbike parking. Overall, it's safe. The place is also nice. Please maintain the service.
