The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was exceptional. The only downside was that the rooms weren't very soundproof, so the sound of people walking in the hallway and the sounds from neighboring rooms could be heard, which was a bit disruptive to your rest.

Very satisfied with this trip, the hotel service and facilities are also beyond doubt 😄

There are still ants in the room, no hotel slippers, there is an additional charge for snacks, only coffee without sugar sachets is available. The receptionist can be said to be okay even though she looks like a new kid, not like the one who is a bit pretentious. For the room, there is still noise from the soundproof room opening. And I feel that the room and waiting room are not cool enough.

A good hotel for the price, as the room was quite large, had a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and a balcony, which is rare for this price. Plus, if you like watching Netflix, you're in luck, as it comes with a smart TV. If I go back to Surabaya, I'll definitely stay here.
