Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and parking was easy. 10/10 would stay here again.

A shopping mall and shops were only a few steps from the hotel, easy access by walk.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and has a good resteraunt and bar. Beware. Parking outside on the square is payable and you'll get a ticket. Park at the back of the hotel in their private car park.

Nice hotel and close to the city center. The breakfast was very good and the hotel staff was extremely helpful, especially Mardina. I would definitely stay again.

My two night stay was fantastic. The Hotel front desk lady, Martina, couldn't have been more helpful with places to see in town and general hospitality when it came to hanging out at in the Hotel. Would stay here again no questions asked.

Wir waren aufgrund der Austrian Beer Challange Preisverleihung zu Gast in Ried, wir waren schon vor 3 Wochen hier, und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren aufgrund einer Veranstaltung in dem Hotel. Aufgrund eines Buchungsfehler von MEINER SEITE aus hatten wir am Anreisetag kein Zimmer, es wurde von den Mitarbeitern rasch nach einer Lösung gesucht und gefunden. TOP !

Clean, well organized. Arrived at 1845 PM , but no manned reception. After 2200 the hotel parking cannot be used. Too many small rules. Nice breakfast.

Personal sehr freundlich. Der Service sehr gut. Lage des Hauses ideal. Alles ist per Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos!!! Zimmer war etwas klein. Doch es soll größere Zimmer mit großem Bad geben. Frühstück entspricht dem Preis und es ist ausreichend. Croissant habe ich vermisst. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen, weil der Koch weggelaufen war.

Lækkert hotel. Men svær at vurdere, da både restaurant, fitness og sauna var lukket grundet corona.
