The auto check in is great - when it works. If a problem, good luck! We had an air flight cancellation due to the war, and had to travel by train from Berlin, missing the first night. When we found out, we contacted bot the property and Hotels.com. And got a runaround. Each said their hands were tied by the other. So disappointing. I will deal directly with hotel websites in the future.

Overall, the stay was great. However, I do have one point of feedback: If I reserved and paid for a double room, I expected amenities for two/double—specifically, two pillows, two comforters, and two sets of towels. If I only needed one of each, I would have booked a single room with a single bed. This is a small but important detail that impacts comfort.

Chose this hotel as it was nearby someone we were visiting. Don’t think there was much around the hotel itself, so you may want to consider renting a car to get around. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The room did not have a fridge, which would have been nice for keeping drinks and smaller items. Overall we had a great stay though. We ate at the restaurant for their sushi and burger night, they had vegetarian options for both - and both the meat and veg burgers were delicious.

Very great hotel, very new and very clean. The staff is very nice and the facilities are great. The rooms are large and quiet and very confortable. The gym and sauna of the hotel are very good and of a high quality. The breakfast was good and the restaurant for dinner as well. The hotel is a little bit far from anything, you need a car to go anywhere. I recommend.

The hotel is modern and good for a short stay, outside the hotel is a large parking lot. The staff is friendly and the restaurant was also nice. We would return again.

Die Unterkunft war Sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es bei der Sauna keinen Ruheraum das ist sehr schade. Das trübt den Sauna gang.
