The staff and manager made extremely rude and demeaning comments on my check out receipt. They also didn't not let me rebook another stay even though I had both Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Would not recommend.

View on the lake was calming and beautiful. The dinner was 10/10 and the breakfast too! No need to leave and go anywhere. Just wished it could have been a longer stay.

Room with lake view is great! Spacious room, lovely restaurant on site. Thankful to the staff who helped me with my room change. Service was very good. I'll stay again here when I'm around Fort Frances. Food there is also wonderful, better not miss to dine in!

The staff doesn’t seem happy to work there and is not friendly. We also asked for a towel at the front desk and were told they would bring one up but we never saw anyone or received a towel. Two towels for three people staying isn’t enough. Not worth the money!
