Confortable, bien situé mais un peu bruyant

Nous avions réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel au coût de 377 $, mais malheureusement, nous n’avons même pas pu y rester. Dès notre arrivée, il y avait une forte odeur de moisissure dans la chambre, ce qui rendait l’endroit très inconfortable. L’état général de la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout au prix demandé : plusieurs marques visibles sur les murs et les cadres de porte, des signes d’usure, une salle de bain qui semblait mal entretenue et du mobilier taché. Nous avons finalement dû quitter et réserver une chambre dans un autre hôtel, qui était moins cher et de bien meilleure qualité. Pour le prix payé, nous nous attendions à un endroit propre, confortable et bien entretenu. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante. Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement dans son état actuel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hot tub and indoor pool nice to have. Our only question was why the duvet had no cover on, but was just put between 2 sheets....? Or maybe this was just our room? Anyway, other than that, it was nice, and I'd go again.

Les lits sont très propre, la place sent bon mais ce que j'avais réservé ne représentais pas l'image qu'ils mettent. Il y avait des trous et des craques un peu au plafond et sur un mur. Le bain était rouillé. Le déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher pour ce quw nous recevons ( un œuf a la coq, un fruit, un croissant, un muffin, carré de fromage et un jus) il n'avait pas de café malheureusement. Le personnel est formidable, accueillant poli souriant

L'ascensseur et la télévision ne fonctionnaient pas, matelas très mou et inconfortable. bel endroit mais, rapport qualité prix médiocre.

pool is lovely after a ski. the ambience is serene. the fondu is delicious. the staff was like being home. the beds very comfy. layout was like being in a 50s to 70s cool hangout...like real cool. charming and beyond. didnt miss the 5 star granite or the modern stuff and just feel addicted to this place like i stepped into a dream. everything was that was once wrong was now perfect....how to explain more than that.

No breakfast

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. The highlight was definitely the hot tub , relaxing in it at night while surrounded by snowy nature and a sky full of stars made the experience unforgettable.

Room was not ready at 3pm. Front desk gave us the key but when we went to the room it was still being cleaned. Better communication would have avoided us going up with our bags and wait front of our room for it to be ready. No privacy in the room. Unable to open the window curtain (window and the entrance facing the hallway). Room cleaning is not included. If you request is by leaving the sign on the door, sign will be removed without cleaning the room. Parking is an issue. Up on the hill is not safe to park and sometimes if you park, you cannot leave due to other cars blocking. Although the reception informed us this is a known issue, they do not track the vehicles (not taking plate numbers).

Everything was good , very clean place , no complaints, receptionist lady in Saturday afternoon was very nice , we was 2 couples and we got 2 rooms close , on the same floor . For sure we gonna be back !

Everything was great. The room next to me had kids and they were yelling a lot . Apart from that everything was on point.

Staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean with amazing NeroSpa beds! For this price range it did not meet our expectations ( parking was sparse, rooms were not sound-proof and were lacking some TLC ( tender loving care).
