Great place with good rates, close to Fredericton. Convenient for our trip, and good space for staying with dogs, with big lawn out front.

The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because overall, things do work. But this place clearly has seen better days. Carpet stained, mold in the shower including the shower curtain, sofa had a broken armrest. But the 2 biggest issues: the bed and pillows are so not comfortable and no coffee in the room at all. There’s also the little issue of how to doors locked. Just push handles no deadbolt. I know it’s Saint-Thomas but yeah, not feeling super secure. The man there was nice enough. Walked us to the room to check things were at least working. But seriously, renovate this place please.

Very clean even if it’s old

Was okay for keeping warm and shower during power outage in my city, I am grateful.

Its not clean stains on the bed sheets and holes in the wall , the only thing that is good about this place is the owner was nice to talk to but not worth the money to stay very disappointed

Motel was close to our destination. Bed was clean and comfortable. Motel manager made sure we could check in quickly.

One star because it meets the bare min of acceptability for a bed and bathroom. Otherwise its a dump. 4 of 7 lightbulbs burnt out in the room (enjoy shaving in bathroom by a 20W bulb), beer empties stacked outside door, and nothing to sit on besides two, old, stained office chairs from the 90s.
