paid a little extra for a room with a fireplace and the fireplace didn't work (desk staff said no other options); Expedia lists this under "romantic", but I definitely don't recommend for that –– hottub was full of loud children the whole time we were there, so we couldn't really enjoy it. seems like a good place to come as a family, close to Bromont, but not for a couple's trip!

Je m'attendais a un hotel excellent. C'etait correct mais je ne trouve pas que ca vaut le prix premium. Les chambres sont modernes et le gym est beau. J'ai manque d'eau chaude dans la douche et quand j'ai demande de mettre des serviettes j'ai du attendre jusqu'a 17 h. merci

I had a very good stay overall. The room was very clean and modern, and the location is excellent—very close to the ski resort, which was extremely convenient. The fireplace was a great touch and added a lot of comfort to the stay. The only downside was that the room felt a bit too dark and could benefit from additional lighting. Otherwise, a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We loved our stay here! The view of Mont Orford from our room was beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were excellent. Some shared areas like the pool and games room were a bit crowded at times, but it was otherwise a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

The restaurant is amazing

My first time at Espace 4 Saisons and it didn’t disappoint. Room was excellent, both restaurants were really good, and their gym had a great selection of equipment.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! We were initially given the wrong room, but when we brought it to their attention they fixed it right away without hesitation. The food was awesome. Pool was great even in the dead of winter. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
