No one was there when we (and other guests) arrived at check in time. Some one came to the motel after I phoned the emergency number. Opening the door, I could see that the carpet needed vacuuming, and in particular, was full of crumbs and dirt around furniture legs, etc. The kitchen countertop was missing laminate on the edges; the bathtub area was very old and not in good condition. The bed dipped substantially into the centre. On the positive side, it was inexpensive and available at short notice. The fridge and stove are in good shape and clean. I would only stay again if there were no better options.

Convenient to coffee and gas. Was a cool evening and in room heater didn’t work but owner provided a small one.

I was very pleased with everything, check in, clean room, bed was comfortable. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the bathtub, it was a little grungy. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It served our needs. The room could be better served with a table and 2 single beds rather than the 2 doubles - it is very tight against the walls and night stand. I don't know how the staff manage to make a decent bed but they do! The outlet in the bathroom seemed to be under repair and didn't work. The staff is helpful. We will stay again.

Friendly staff to greet on checking in. Room had an overwhelming scent of cologne or perfume when I checked in. Left the door open to try to air it out. After an hour or so, had to try to get some sleep - scent was still strong. Room was cold so turned up the thermostat - no affect, heater did not respond. Room in poor repair, needs refurbishing. Bathtub was stained. Woke up early to shower and get back on the road but no soap in the shower so I just left.

Good parking. Had a fridge and microwave

We stay here because its affordable, great parking and full size fridge freezers.

Great price and clean rooms. They are concrete walls so pretty quiet, especially considering how close to the highway the hotel is. With the fan on I couldn’t hear a thing. Wonderful staff! I stay here every time I’m in swift and would definitely recommend.

I have stayed here a few times and had a good experience but this stay was horrible. The room was filthy toilet seat had poop on it, sunflower seeds on floor in bathroom and i don't eat them, bathroom sink dirty carpet wasn't vacuum, pubic hair in bath tub...gross! Will not stay here again.

Bed was uncomfortable. No blankets provided.

The place is not clean and it is noisy.

The staff were friendly and checkin and checkout were very quick and simple. The room was simple, just what is needed. The bed was comfortable, however, it was against one wall, so the person on that side of bed found it awkward getting in and out. The room was air conditioned, however, the AC was around a corner, not near the bed, and it wasn't powerful enough to keep the whole room as cool as we would have liked on such a hot day. We really appreciated having the big fridge with freezer and the microwave!

Exceptional customer service from all staff. Very polite, welcoming, and friendly. Loved the clean well stocked roomy rooms, large new full size fridges and freezer, barbeque area, and beds exceptionally comfortable after long days of travelling with my grandchild.
