A nice little place for a night...looks a bit different than the advertising, though.

It was clean and a place to sleep before and after our fishing charter.

Andrea makes up a quick breakfast with good coffee. House easy to find. Located next to a beautiful forest walk. Very accomadating.

Place needs some updates, rusty towel hanger, thin towels

The property served its purpose. We had a quiet clean comfortable place to sleep. Breakfast was underwhelming, had to ask for coffee for our prearranged serving time. The owner was preoccupied with her other interests not very friendly or forthcoming with local information.

The good first: the room appeared clean at first glance, the breakfast was very good. The hard parts: the hostess was shockingly unfriendly, and seemed to resent we were staying there. The shower in our room was so full of mildew, I couldn’t use it. Took a bath instead. The towels didn’t smell clean. The sheets were so limp it seemed like they were probably not freshly washed. Pillows were old and matted into hard masses. Window coverings obviously salvaged from much smaller windows. Everything was just slapped together without much thought to aesthetics. It strongly suggested to me that the hostess doesn’t care much at all about her business and doesn’t like people at all. The tall trees are beautiful though and if you don’t care about any of the stuff above, you’ll love this place.

I’ve stayed here for several years, but this visit was disappointing. The host’s communication was unexpectedly rude both late at night and early in the morning, despite us being quiet and respectful guests. The tone and timing of the messages made the stay uncomfortable, and it no longer feels like the welcoming place it used to be.

To her credit, Andrea was accommodating of our late arrival of the ferry. However, none of the electrical outlets were working, resulting in the fridge leaking on the floor and we could not charge our devices. She was not happy to be asked to remedy this at 8 AM in the morning. The price included breakfast. I was greeted at the front door without a smile, and you would’ve thought I was imposing upon her to provide a breakfast. There was no napkin, I had to ask for utensils and she forgot that she was making a piece of toast for me. She did explain that she had been up until the early hours of the morning, but the attitude she treated me with, would not be appropriate for an unwanted guest, let alone a paying client.

Shower stall was dirty. The host may have had a bad day, but the kitchen was a mess. Breakfast was ok

The stay was very casual. We had a chance to converse with other traveller's. At first there was some confusion about the booking and advance notice which the owner didn't seem too concerned about. Breakfast was good and our pet was welcomed. We would stay there again.

The facilities were far more than I needed. A lovely place to stay.

Run down old house with lots of deferred maintenance. Could hear the other residents/guests through the thin walls. Located in a drab residential neighborhood. Breakfast was cooked by the owners, but not very good. I would not recommend to friends.

This BnB has several very nice guest rooms on the upper floor and a great common kitchen overlooking beautiful forest in a ravine. Unfortunately, the only room they had available for us was not as nice. The only window looked straight at cars in the driveway and we needed a heater to warm the room. While not very attractive, the room was comfortable and private and had everything we needed. The host was out and unavailable when we arrived, but two of the guests were regulars there and welcomed and oriented us very warmly.

Everything is so good, the place is cozy and comfortable! I recommend 100%! I spent good time in Prince Rupert!

Eccentric property! Comfortable bedroom. Public areas ok comfort. Owner a bit rushed with too many duties with various obligations as owner pet hotel & partner brewery. Seemed as though her responsibility at the B&B took a 2nd place role. A bit brash with clientele. Affordable, comfortable & good price for a room. Prince Rupert is a great hiking destination but very tired town for a cruise ship town.

Very unique and great place to stay friendly staff

Nice neighbourhood, close to amenities and walking trails. The room was nice and roomy with a little fridge and the ability to use the full kitchen.

Sorry, what!?!? $160cad/night for this Absolutely terrible bed and breakfast is unnacceptable. The bed (see pic) is essentially springs covered in a disgusting stained and hairy sheet. The breakfast was non existant, because the grumpy host claimed she hadn’t recieved my text with the desired breakfast time, despite the fact i messaged back immediately when i arrived and also sent notice of timing on expedia. After looking in fridge i didnt want breakfast anyway, milk and other ingredients expired by a week. Bathroom fan filthy. Floor sloped worse than a skate park, toilet seat flopping all over the place, toilet runs indefinitely. Moldy smell in bathroom set off my allergies. Extremely poor lighting (see pic). Every foor creaks so extreme you wake up when anyone in the home walks. To top it off someone claiming to be the owner calls me a day after checkout demanding an etransfer to pay. Phoned expedia who told me it was a scam and don’t send it. Called the owner “andrea” back who lost it and hung up on me, subsequently retroactively cancelled the booking. So incredibly unfriendly, this woman should not be running a bnb. Property looks nothing like the pics, out front is now a rock/building zone. Dilapidated house next to other run down homes. Front door is left permanently unlocked so guests can come and go, meaning anyone can enter and rob you. Guessing new owners took over around 2020 because all reviews prior are awesome and all reviews post 2020 are terrible.

Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the atmosphere and my room was excellent

Clean, quaint and "QUIET". Not my first stay and won't be my last. Bob
