Parking limited

The room was ok but very small. The queen bed was difficult of access for the second person because stuck to one wall. Also the bed was uncomfortable probably because it was an old one.

Close parking provided; however, shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel were aweful. Front desk lady was very pleasant.

Staff were great. The place needs some updating.

The restaurant food was okay & server was pleasant. The girl at desk was efficient & knowledgeable of the area. The hotel decor was drab & dated. There were no cell phone plugs to charge our phones. We had to unplug clock radio to find a plug. Very noisy guests across from our room slamming doors & swearing. I called & they said they'd send Tony up. Conversation continued in hall for another 10 minutes & more door slamming. They had friends in other suites around us. Very annoying! I'd like partial refund

Good location, quiet room, clean, nice comfy bed. Deposit is ridiculous.

Property is old with narrow doors and a narrow elevator. There is a lounge with slot machines and a restaurant.

Old hotel that hasn’t een well maintained and needed a good cleaning. Halls and parking list were awful. Would not ever recommend

Room was clean. Tv cut out at 9:30 p.m. Weren't able to have breakfast, we were told there were 30 people ahead of us.

The place was so nice and convenient. However we could hear all the talks our adjoining rooms. One of the faucet was broken in our room.

Was a smaller room, but clean! Hotel had a restaurant and lounge which was convenient!

Easy to find with good convenient parking. Decor was a bit drab and needs a bit of updating.

Good stay in Gander. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The decor is a bit outdated. The service in the dining room, at least for breakfast, was excellent.

personnel very friendly & helpful.Breakfast was delicious. Servers were very attentive to everyone’s needs.

The restaurant was very good. We had two breakfasts there. Our server Abigail was very friendly and cheerful! Both days started well !
