I had a great experience at Gontijo Inn Hotel. The front desk staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed, which made the stay even more comfortable. Tidy hotel in small town

Excellent Hotel in the city of Itajubá. Great location, great room and very good bed. Breakfast is fantastic and all staff are attentive and polite.

The fitness room needs improvement - machines needing maintenance and lack of towels

When I go to Itajuba I always stay at Gontijo Inn. The service is excellent, the staff are very attentive the room is very good and the bathroom clean too. The breakfast is great.

This was the second time to use this hotel, and was as good as the previous visit. The room was clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately Wi-Fi was not stable in my room so much.

The staff is very kind and helped me a lot, although not all staffs don't speak English. Since the hotel is near the square, you may hear big sound from the square in weekend. Weekday is reasonably silent.

A localização do hotel é ótima e o café da manhã é bom. Entretanto, o hotel está precisando de manutenções urgentes. O ar condicionado do quarto 408 pingava água detro do quarto quando era ligado. Além disso, choveu bastante na cidade em dois dias que eu estive hospedado no hotel e a marquise da frente do hotel tinha muitas goteiras o que incomodava muito a entrada e saída do lobby.

A equipe foi muito atenciosa e gentil.

O hotel é bem localizado em área central e nobre da cidade, que aliás é uma bela cidade. O pessoal da recepção, café da manhã e limpeza são super atenciosos. Voltaria no hotel caso tenha que retornar a Itajubá.
