Day shift the best, very helpful and polite. Night shift mad all the time no even answered a good night or good morning. Made us think she hate her job. Air conditioning constantly leaking and instead of ofer us to move us to a different room they brought a bucket so we decided to leave 3 days early an at least we got a days cupon.

The hotel is very nice and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, there are plenty of shops within walking distance Break fast was fresh, and coffee was good. If I had one complaint it would be lack of water pressure, but I think that’s true of most of Mexico. Great stay for the price!!

The hotel seems pretty clean and quiet. The receptionist are okay, I feel like they could be friendlier. It’s walkable and decent breakfast. I feel like overall is a good hotel! I always stay here when visiting Zamora.
