Horrible hotel muy viejas las camas ,sin aire acondicionado, mi hija se limpió su cara y una punta de la toalla se quedó con maquillaje y dijieron que era mancha que ya no se quitaba y la cobraron , y la lavamos con agua de botella y se les demostró que si era lavable cuando entregamos nos hicieron esperar hasta que la housekeeping fuera a contar las toallas y nos hicieron sentir como delincuentes, es un hotel no recomendable, nunca más volveremos

The bed in the room was horrible. The matress seemed to be covered with plastic, which was rather noisy and made the bed hot in an already tiny room. To make a long story short, I ended up moving to another hotel in the middle of the night 45 minutes after arriving. The staff were rather rude. No reinbusement of course. I had already paid for three night there!

He estado en este hotel por algunos an̈os y es triste ver como se ha ido deteriorando .. deberian poner un poco mas de atencion en cuanto al mantenimiento de las habitaciónes siento que el personal es bueno aunque si le falta un poco de atencion a la gente que atiende en el area de front desk..

The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. It’s close to almost everything. It’s nice that they have weekend breakfasts. Staff was courteous. Would stay there again!

We were asked to leave our room key anytime we stepped out, we were told we would be charged if we dirtied towels with makeup, if we dirtied linens and then at checkout we had to wait for them to go inspect our entire room. It just felt like we were accused.

Second time coming to this hotel. Staff is very accesible and friendly . Room was very clean and comfortable. They have a little restaurant in the lobby and they had really good menu and I dined in the 2 days I was there . Very pleasant experience and will come here again on my next visit !

Everything was nice, Specially location. The only thing that they need for 5 ⭐ is the Air conditioning. They need to have AC/DC . It's just too hot for having just a fan . Thank you hotel Alameda . 😉

Its not the first time that i stay in this hotel and im so happy with the service and all the staff is so friendly.. i recommend this place

The floor inside the building had many levels going into the rooms; that made it unsafe For Seniors Like us.

Disappointed in "basic" room. Small, dark, without exterior windows, hot and stuffy even in November, no air conditioning, fan only. Location is great.

Nice hotel in good location. Internet didn't work well and parking lot 300 meter away.

Good property for the price you pay.

Staff was very friendly. Facilities were very clean and nice. Breakfast available was great! There are no looks or towel racks in the bathroom. No glasses or cups for brushing teeth. One employee offered to look for some, but never did. The next day a second employee did procure us a glass. Overall very good, friendly and professional service.

It was very convenient to the center where you can find different activities to do. Al though, my family who i made the reservation for, informed me that it was hot and needed ventilation. They said that the room was lready hot the minute they opened the door and only a fan was provided which did not help much to cool it off. Other than that they said that they liked the rooms.
