Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and big.

Our unit was clean and the beds were comfy. Check in was smooth and quick.

Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful in the motel as well as the 2 restaurants. They made our stay!

Walking distance to everything

There was a domestic incident and was up all night due to noise, yelling and screaming. The police, ambulance and fire department were all there. Property owner did not offer any compensation.

We didn't use the air conditioner. Had to leave the Motel to see the view. The Motel is run down, could be a lot cleaner. The WIFI, was spotty or maybe the plug ins didn't work very well. We thought it was our charger cords , but they worked fine, when we arrived home. The fridgerator was fine.

Place was clean and staff are friendly and nice. Their food at the resto are also fantastic.

The room was clean, amenities great. The price was very reasonable. Will stay here again. No elevators but only 1 flight of stairs. Great location.15% off the restaurant and waffle & ice cream cafe on the property.

Great value motel in Harrison Hot Springs and pet friendly, which is what we needed. It is a bit older, however some updates have been made. Our room with kitchen and separate bedroom was comfortable for us and our dog.

The staff was very nice and friendly! We brought our two small dogs with us, that's one of the main reasons we chose this place. We all felt very welcome. The place is located very close to the lake and there are a lot of restaurants near by. The room was clean and warm. Thanks!

Needs a quieter bathroom fan .

The potential for the motel to be so much better is there. The room we stayed in was adequate for our needs. But you could tell it was in need of repair or upgrading. The tiles in shower wall was fully accessible at the top with no grout. And the tile wall was moving without effort as water from the shower could easily run down the wall if someone was really not paying attention and cause huge damage. The amenities were sufficient but again minor inconveniences were noted. Again it has great potential for where it’s located. Having the picnic cafe and Basecamp burger joint for breakfast was awesome. I would have to really consider my options before we stay again. The staff, everyone were exceptional. Service was 100%. So there is good and bad. But it’s really about what you prefer and experience I guess. Thank you for the time spent.

Pick room 20 or 21. Actually, don’t, I want those rooms. Great rooms for price and staff are excellent. Location 1000%. I keep going back due to owners/staff who are genuinely courteous

Nice place. Lakeview room, nice view. Blind was broken. They said they would fix it. :-) Clean and quiet [winter - not sure about summer!]
