This hotel is very strategic. In the middle of the glam and sophisticated area in Ginza. The staffs were very helpful, no bathtub, but it's fine.

We had a wonderful time staying in Lyf, The staff was very helpful especially Coco Fujiwara, she helped us solved problem with luggage. Great location, near subway too.

Great strategic Location! Clean rooms but it would be good if the bins were bigger as it's filled quite quickly. Also, because it's platform bed would be good if the houskeeping team could check and remove the dust near the end of the bed (window side)
