I felt very safe. Staff are excellent . Edward the Manager is stellar, caring very helpful and resourceful.

Very good hotel for business or pleasure. Located about a 10 minute drive from the Nairboi National Park.
Room service can take a little while so be sure to give it 45 mins. Also one time when they forgot to bring a spoon for my soup they took 20 minutes to bring one up by which time I had finished it using a teaspoon in the room. Otherwise a great hotel.
