We had a good experience staying at Infinity Tower despite of a minor hiccup which the staff was able to provide assistance with. Great view and location is centralized to BGC which is a plus. Weather is something else. Maybe visit during cooler months than June.

It was very close to a lot of things like SM Aura, the unit is clean and the host was very helpful and communicated instantly. The unit has the necessary amenities although didn’t check out the pool nor the gym. Not the unit’s fault- but at one point only one elevator was working and the hallways were very warm. Thank you for the hospitality!

Gym access was only for long term residence so pictures were misleading.

The location is great. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Short walk to High Street and SM Aura Great views. Host was very responsive and very easy check-in and check-out. Had two separate bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with 1/2 bathroom in the laundry room. Cons: The hallways on the 35th floor smelt musty. The furnitures were getting pretty old. The dining chairs were sagging with worn out cushions. Looked really nice in the pictures. The sofa had spots with lots of debris underneath the cushions. The bigger room was great, however the second guest room had two beds put together and there was no room to get in and out of the bed. Literally had to scoot yourself in and out of the bed. Linens didn’t smell fresh especially the pillows in the smaller rooms. To our dismay there were no batteries for the remote control in the living room and on our 4th day the AC in the master bedroom wasn’t functioning properly. Luckily, I messaged the host and informed the front desk. The building maintenance came in to fix it within two hours!! Would recommend only for the location and if the other issues were resolved.

Very clean unit, close to shopping venues and restaurants.

The place needs more cleaning, especially the shower. We put 5 people for the booking, but was informed that they prepared only for three guests We got additional towels from a bag in the laundry room, as instructed, However those smell musty and not freshly washed The shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles/ dispensers in both showers are empty. In the main bedroom, some wood panels in the bottom of the air conditioning unit, fell on the dresser and some Plaster or paint chips were scattered on the dresser, which show that the place was not checked recently or prior to the arrival of the guests.

Clean room, no slippers but thats ok. Not enough towels if u wanted to swim which sucked. No hand soaps in bathroom so u had to go in shower to get soap. No kitchen towel so u had to use shower towels. No extra elevator key if you have more than 2 people with you.

WOW! Just getting a hold of the host was not easy nor convenient. Firs of all we arrived at the lobby and the receptionist said he could not give us the lobby wifi so we can get a hold of the host!?! So I asked if I can borrow his phone and he said "NO, I HAVE NO LOAD"!! But then this other receptionist, I belive his name was Abangyan was very VERY helpful!! He let us use his phone and finally got a hold of the host. So it was a 3pm check-in and guess what .... we got there at 3:30pm and the room wasn't ready !! They were still cleaning it. Needless to say we didn't enter our room until 4:30pm and the cleaning lady was still cleaning our room. Yeah folks, try to stay away from this one. Poor host, poor communication and late check in. Yeah, I should get some kind of discount or refund for this !!

Everything was good except there were no wash cloths to use for bathing.

Overpriced! Water not provided even if there is a water dispenser in the room. Elevator was slow. Parking is not free. The other CR doesn’t have bidet. Not enough toiletries provided.

Clean and tidy unit with smooth check in and out. Clear communication. I did find the number of messages a little excessive and I was asked about my intended check out time before I’d even checked in! There were some dying flowers in the lounge which created a strong smell. Be aware in advance you need to supply your own drinking water. Very comfy bed. A generally noisy environment, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

There were no slippers for guests during out stay. Overall, it was a good stay and they have a very good location.

One day after check out they messaged me accusing me of stealing 2 pairs of house slippers. This is unacceptable behavior, there opportunity to address it was at the time or check out. This is low class.
