Twice out of the room, twice the room door could not be opened because of card problems. Stayed in the most expensive room, but the service was very lacking. More attention should be paid to cleanliness. Maybe if I come again, it's only for swimming, not for staying overnight. Already disappointed🙏🏻

The hotel staff is very friendly, the dining room for breakfast is too small so that if there are many guests staying it is difficult to find a seat. The room is not comfortable because the tissue provided is limited and the AC facilities are not good. The AC often turns off by itself so sleep is not good because you have to get up to turn on the AC when it turns off. The room is number 367. Check in is also too long later at 3 pm. Other hotels are at 2 o'clock. While check out time must be exactly at 12 noon.

The bathroom was a bit stuffy, there was no trash can. Breakfast time was very chaotic, because there were so many guests. The FnB team seemed overwhelmed. It was hard to find a table to eat, many of the available foods were out of stock. Refills took a while. But otherwise everything was good and fine.
