Very very bad rate (-10), dirty bathroom, room does not match the photo, very unfriendly service, booking via application said not to enter even though the label had been issued, at the location asked to pay again said tomorrow morning the application will return the money, in reality until now there has been no refund, confirmed via WA asked to return it but it was complicated! Really regretful, hopefully no one will be fooled again at this hotel 🙏🏻.
