The staff is very friendly and responsive, and you can leave your belongings at the front desk. The room and toilet are spacious, clean, fragrant, and have complete amenities. The mattress, pillows, and sheets are all soft. But why are there fake eyelashes on the sheets? 😅

Staying at Java Albani's is truly a delightful experience. Every corner of the room smells fragrant, the hotel's design is aesthetically pleasing and pleasing to the eye, and the friendly service makes guests feel warmly welcomed. Perfect for both staycations and business trips. Highly recommended!

The hotel is really clean, the room is also clean, prayer mats are provided in the cupboard, the bathroom is clean, the receptionist is very welcoming, everything is okay, no wonder the hotel sold out quickly, if I go to Jember, I will stay here again.

A comfortable, budget hotel with a modern look. The standard room is small but still comfortable. Unfortunately, there's only one TV, and it's not a smart TV. But overall, it's good. I'll come back again if I go to Jember.

Nice stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Just missing some basics like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and mirrors. A few towels smelled off. Otherwise all good.

Had a good stay overall. Staff were really friendly and always helpful, which I appreciated a lot. Just a few small downsides: no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrush provided, some towels had a bit of a smell, and there’s no mirror above the washbasin (also missing a full-length mirror). Other than that, everything was fine.
