The location is easy, the parking is quite spacious, although the distance to the room is quite long, but the staff helped bring the luggage to the room, the service is ok, the atmosphere is suitable, next time I will bring my family again to stay here.

Overall, I was satisfied staying here, the place is nice, in front of the lake, the downside is that the bed sheets should be changed immediately after guests have finished, because they smell and there are a few stains.

nothing disappointing, everything is satisfying..it's just a shame that I went there when it was raining so I couldn't go anywhere but being lazy in the room is also nice, if you want to eat, just call the restaurant and the food will come in no time, the staff are also friendly and very helpful..thank you, keep it up..if I go to Ciwidey again, I will stay here again..hehe

With various complaints that we think are less subjective "unusual" from a guest who really wants to stay. After being satisfied with the "unusual" complaints, you left our property without any intention of checking in or staying at the property that you had booked previously. I've stayed here twice, the hotel staff is friendly, relaxing while enjoying the lake, the night atmosphere is calm. For those who want to eat here, try the delicious karedok. Next time I will definitely stay again with friends.

Nice experience when visiting here. The staff is friendly, the place is spacious, nice and cool, with facilities and the price is very worth it! They provide: amenities, smart tv, water heater, coffee tea, 2 bottles of 1.5l mineral water, and many power outlets. Got strawberry juice and mendoan too. There is also a children's playground, swings and strawberry gardens. The downside is there is no wifi in the room but the private internet network is still safe and can be reached. Will definitely come back!

The vibe and facilities are very very good. Good for a short gateway. The people are friendly. Lots of things to do like badminton, basketball, bbq, kayaking, and strawberry picking. The location is different from google. The number given in the email is also not reachable. The suggestion is to ask before the day. Overall very satisfied and worth it.

Once you enter the location, "oh my, it's great. Price: for all the facilities, cleanliness, comfort, service, food taste. The price is cheap. Room: clean and neat. So the prepared bed is covered with cloth so it doesn't get dirty and is only opened when the guest arrives. Really thoughtful! Bathroom: great hot water. Can fill the bathtub. Really can soak in the bathtub. Food: get welcome snacks. Thick strawberry juice that is really delicious and mendoan which is also delicious. Ordering fried rice for breakfast is also delicious. Want to order duck but there is a package menu. There should be a portion of duck. Ambience: the villa has a beautiful lake view. Very well maintained surroundings. There is a strawberry garden that you can pick yourself. Lots of children's games. There is an area for BBQ. Suitable for family trips and large families. Very enjoyable. Service: friendly, quick, nice service. Not overly sweet but not indifferent either. Just right.

The staff is friendly and very helpful even though I came at night. The room and toilet are clean. The place is comfortable and not noisy. The view in the villa is nice. Unfortunately when I arrived the wifi was having trouble. Overall it's good, if I look for a place to stay near the white crater, I will definitely come here again.
