Bar on floor w tea bags and no directions on how to make tea. It could have offered a little more or don't have it

The staff. Wonderful. Great local information and always friendly and helpful. Room was quite and clean and spacious enough for two people. The lobby vending machines are very expensive. Also would have loved to have a small fridge in the room.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful Loves all the places you can sit and have a drink which the bar staff make so Well Everyone was so friendly and helpful Close to most things as well

Very nice hotel and very walkable location in Dublin. Staff were friendly and helpful and held our luggage until our room was ready. Was only about a 5-10minute walk from the airport bus drop off. Pizza at the restaurant was excellent and bar staff were great. Only suggestion would be having phone access to the hotel’s front desk.. Tried to call while out to see if they had tv’s set up for the world cup game, but the only way to contact the hotel directly was to email. Other than that, we loved the hotel and would stay here again.

The room was very clean and bed super comfortable. The staff was so kind and rebooked a taxi to be waiting early in the morning for my ride to the airport. Breakfast was delicious with so many options.

Great Hotel to stay in, so clean and tidy, loved the Gallery for tea and coffee on every floor. Great bar downstairs. Walkable to everythjng about 500 mtrs from the Jameson Distillery. Would stay again

The room was clean. No early check in even though the guest were gone and all they had to do was clean it. Staff was rude and not welcoming. We asked for pizza and they would not serve us unless we told them where we were sitting. The breakfast was good and the person who was at the breakfast table was super nice. Other than that, very basic. TV not smart. For the price, there are better.

Fab hotel. Great location to main attractions and bars etc. Real quirky decor and rooms are nice and bright. Staff were brilliant. Only downside is expensive breakfast and didn’t have bacon?! What they had was all good quality, just seemed limited for the cost

Overall, I loved the hotel - the look, the bar and restaurant, the guitars to borrowed, the location. I didn’t like some things about the room - mainly what I would call an open floor plan bathroom - not a fan of the clear shower out in the room (although there is a curtain for privacy) the counter the length of the room with the sink in it, made the whole room feel cluttered. At least the toilet was more private.

This property is a hidden gem. It is close to transportation and a few minutes walk to the temple bar area. The add on breakfast was amazingly fresh and made a huge difference to our stay. I highly recommend the Ruby Molly.

No tea / coffee making facilities in room, a trip along corridor to the “galley” was needed. No drawers / storage for clothing 3 of each coat hanger type available - lived out of our suitcase. Entry to shower was via toilet - no separation apart from the glass connecting door. Overall not impressed with hotel

Everything was great, and the staff was very informative

This hotel was clean and close to everything such as restaurants and souvenir shops which are within walkable distant. Staff was alright. If you are driving a vehicle parking is within walking distance it's cost around 20 or more a day for parking talk with someone in the hotel for the discount code before paying for parking.

The rooms are tight, but it’s a modern efficient space. The beds are extra long. The breakfast is awesome!!!
