Total was overall nice, but the Ruz could use a little upgrade. Lots of flies in the hallways and in the hotel rooms.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Florence. The room exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, bright, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated how well-maintained and inviting it felt after a full day of exploring the city. The location was another major highlight. Most of Florence's main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas were within easy walking distance, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel offered the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Florence.

No fridge in room; no coffee/tea in room and galley coffee was instant to be made with a hot water dispensing faucet - surprising for Italy! No ironing board in room. Breakfast buffet quite good but expensive - a nearby caffe is an alternative. Room was large and modern and clean.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. We picked this hotel because it had a loft with a bed for our daughter, so we could all be in the same room. Just a personal preference, we did not like the open concept bathroom which offers little privacy. Also, the shower leaked from the other side of the glass leaving water puddles trailing out. The vibe of the hotel was very cool and we liked the security it offered. Travel was easy with a tram right outside of hotel and a taxi stop.

The hotel is beautiful, great location and the staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious very clean drinks at the bar. Delicious, I would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel has excellent facilities and is very well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is continental, but the cleanliness is impeccable.

we love this hotel so much. it’s our second time coming here and we would even come back a third time! the hotel staff are so wonderful and kind. the rooms and amenities are very well kept and clean. the rooms are spotless and they are perfect sizes for travelling as well. the bar is also open 24/7 which is nice!

Clean room , really nice staff, really good breakfast. We left without out sandwiches though cause we forgot about them, wish there could have maybe been a mini fridge in the room or something

Lovely big, light rooms in a modern hotel. Yummy, healthy breakfast buffet. It’s quite out of the way, but the public transport links are good and modestly priced.

A young guy (his name may be Anton) who can speak Chinese helped us a lot. He suggested us to go Fiesole, a very beautiful place.

Everything was great at this hotel! We stayed in 5 cities across Italy this trip and this one was the best! Huge room, excellent firm bed, super clean, the staff was excellent, breakfast was fresh and lots of selections. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florence!

This place was very nice, nearly brand new in appearance and cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere seems a little too vibrant and geared towards a younger clientele base. The live music on Saturday night was loud enough that it kept us awake well past 1 a.m. Other than that we had a great stay!

Likes the location slightly outside the chaos of the main tourist centre but still very close to everything. Modern and clean.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and modern vibes. Location is convenient for public transportation but just at the edge of old city walls, so a 20 minute walk to centro. Good local restaurants very close nearby. No room service and need to go into hall for hot coffee/tea.

Very good location: Right next to a T2 tram station.Though not in the city center, it is walkable within 20 -30 min to all major attactions. T2 can get you easily to the airport, the train station, and the bus hub where most tours use as the meeting place. Clean room with modern feel. Very friendly staff. Some good restaurants and eating places nearby frequented by locals. Overall excellent value.
