The room was nice and clean. The service, however, was not very good, as we had to wait over an hour to hand over the keys, even though it had been raining. The admin was slow to respond to chats.

The hotel staff was slow to respond when checking in, when confirming check-in via WhatsApp, they were also slow to reply to chats, had to call first before replying, when we arrived at the hotel we had to wait more than 1 hour to get the room key, and for the room review, the room was actually nice and smelled good, the AC was cold but there were lots of dried liquid stains on the bed blanket & there were no towels at all

It's so bad. Slow service, had to wait 1 hour because the room wasn't available even though it was late check in. Room cleanliness is not adequate. Ordered 2 rooms but only got 1 room, not synchronized with the order from the Traveloka system.
