This is a great hotel. Fabulous rooms with so many thoughtful features. We couldn’t fault it. Add the fact that it houses Melbourne’s best new restaurant Marmelo, makes this a perfect stay!!

Amazing room and check in was a breeze.
Nice staff on front desk.
Had some tech issues they couldn’t solve so free breakfast was offered as a substitute. Service in the restaurant was terrible and then breakfast was charged to my friends account without us knowing.
Check out was very long as most people had issues they were bringing up.
