Amazing pool and food very good for full board

We enjoyed some parts of the hotel such as the pool and private beach for which towels are provided daily, the entertainment was lovely and quite entertaining, even though it was meant for kids. What really disappointed us was the food, the selection was very minimal and the quality of the food does not correspond with the 4 star hotel rating. Moreover, the 'air conditioning' which is not air-conditioning but central heating and cooling was horrid, we barely slept for the first 3 nights while it was on full blast for the whole 3 days, and then we kind of slept on the last day but we had to sleep on a single sofa bed directly under the port where the coolness comes out. We spoke with reception who were helpful and subsequently sent maintenence whom did nothing. We were not offered alternative accommodation making it quite an un-enjoyable experience. The doors are also very thin and slam hard, so we kept being woken up by doors slamming. Other than that, the room was amazing, I believe we got upgraded to room 3406 which had a crazy panoramic view and we really enjoyed that. No complaints about housekeeping, super clean and tidy work, props. Front desk were all super lovely especially the guy who checked us in, we forgot his name but he was truly lovely. The hotel was a great find. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little out of the way from anywhere else so having a hire car was great and it was a good base for visiting both Cagliari and Villasimius. Thank you for a great stay.

Did not use the spa. Parking on dirt.

No bottled water, no tissue in room, hot with no AC, stuffy, old, smelly.

Our letdown: intermittent wifi connection. The resort hosted a large group of children staying for the regional sports event, making us unable to rest properly due to the noise from this large group. There is dust on top of the door and shelves. Some furniture outside was broken. On the positive notes, the staff were gentle and tried to support us with our complaints about the noise. The breakfast was great, and the garden and swimming pool were well-maintained. There's lots of potential in this resort, unfortunately, not enough effort and paying attention to details could have easily made it a 5-star resort.

Everything about the resort (rooms, decorations and more) was beautiful. The staff was outstanding! Gorgeous property including the grounds, pool and beach. Very good food. We can't wait to go back!

Excellent servie when we arrrived at 11:45PM after a flight delay. Wonderful assistance with check-in and where to park he car. Informative and helpful for two jet drained travelers. Thank you so very much!

Overall good

The staff was amazingly helpful, particularly Christiano, the desk clerk, and Emanuella, the concierge, were the best. If you need to do business while at the hotel, don't even consider it because the WiFi is slower than dial up. I had two important business meetings on two different days and I wanted to pull my hair out. I was disconnected 4 times in less than an hour on the first meeting and 5 times on the second meeting. If you don't need WiFi, then this hotel is better than average but the food is very expensive for what they offer. All buffet type meals, only. On the 7th day there, I found a small refrigerator that was empty but it was hidden in the closet. We had no idea it was there. It would have been helpful to know that in advance. Carry water containers because they don't have any containers in the hotel unless they are hiding those too. They do have a nice pool and a nice small beach. Parking is free and wasn't any issue with an overflow lot next door.

This is not really a 4 star resort, really bad food, place outdated, dinning room and buffet area so old and with any type of nice decor, really basic

Fantastic hotel, amazingly attentive staff….very helpful and quick to assist, beautiful resort - family of 4 had the best time!

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful spot in Sardinia. The room was a good size, best was comfy. Enjoyed the balcony.

Staff friendly and helpful. Pool good. Breakfast buffet good and varied but cooked food not always hot. Evening buffet disappointing in terms of range and quality.

I loved the beautiful scenery and the people i met

The stay at the property was ok. We did the all inclusive package but were not impressed with what we received. The drinks were terrible, they do not offer any type of transportation and the food was basically the same thing everyday.

Front desk was not friendly or helpful, except the fella that helped us with suitcases to the room. It is not a 4* Breakfast was not the greatest cafeteria style. It has all the potential but…..

The rooms did not have coffee or tea maker, some rooms you had to go down a few steps, there were ramps in some steps but not all. Breakfast was exactly the same each of the 4 days of my stay and at the spa, the Turkish bath wasn’t at the right temperature, it was barely warm.
