No me encanto, esta lejos del centro a pie.. No esta mal pero la locacion estaba un poco apartada, no me volveria a quedar.

The room was small but it worked for us. It was industrial style, which my husband liked. The only issue we had was the room was like a sauna. We talked to Enrique and the director. Enrique was really helpful. He went beyond to help us; Kudos to him. The director was nice, but not so helpful. We were in The Camino and this hotel was our rest day. We rested nicely and were able to enjoy Logroño.

With a language barrier it can be difficult but it works. A number do speak English quite well and if there is a comprehension problem they work together as a team to figure it out.

Great hotel for the price. Staff were efficient and friendly, room was clean and hotel was quite despite being in the centre of Logrono

I am guessing that they hired "budget" quality staff too as the reception staff were absolutely slow and inefficient. There always seemed to be a queue of people either checking in or out, at the reception.

The room was small and clean, and beds were comfy. Check in was lengthy even though we had pre-booked and after checking in to our room we had to go back down to reception to collect our bags that had been forwarded on.

The facility and staff were fantastic! The area is very industrial and there isn’t much to do. Transit is tough outside of expensive taxis.

Great location with free secure parking. Basic but clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Open shower and saloon style toilet door- so be warned if you’re sharing a room with someone you’re not totally open with!!

Good value for the price. Location and staff were wonderful. Only negative is “open “ bathroom. Really no privacy. Breakfast was excellent.

The girls in the front desk were very polite and sweet and helpful,, my room was clean and comfortable, the hotel in the perfect location for sightseeing and walking to everywhere to the town

Nice, new budget hotel. Small rooms but enough for the price. Very convenient location. Parking is free in a big lot 3 blocks away.

Very nice stay, we stay 2 nights, everything is new. Very good breakfast with a great variety and options to choose from. Extremely clean and ecological. The staff was very helpfull but Maite did a great job helping us to have nice day trips and a great stay.
