I have been staying here quite a few times over the last year as I live in Brighton and have been having a lot of issues with my flat. For one of the cheap places to stay (single room) this is definitely one of the best, depending on what things are important to you. I love that despite it not necessarily being the highest in modern fashion, the room is always super clean! The bedding is always crisp white and fresh, and with the walls being plain white (and clean!) it makes it all look fresh. Most cheaper rooms have marks on the walls and look grubby. Please keep up this great standard. Whilst the shower in the single room and shared bathroom are quite small, the good thing is that the water is always hot! And the mattress and pillows are so comfortable. I had to take the sheet off and look at the name of the mattress. There are zero cobwebs or Spiders which I always check for, especially with those old type windows as they hide in the holes but there's never any. One little thing is that there's never enough milk, only 2 sachets but then I guess that's because it's only a single room. The downsides, the walls are thin but if you know and accept that you just ignore and forget it. I also love the code self check in as I can get straight on with it without having to wait to speak to someone. But when I do message via Expedia they always get back to me relatively quickly. Really hope the single rooms stay cheap because they are al godsend for me! Thank you!

Helpful staff ,the room was basic but very clean and comfortable refreshment tray was good with bottled water provided, no toiletries but we always take our own so not an issue for us

Stated limited parking. Not even any local parking available. Only reason i book was the parking. Ended up parking at Leonardo 20 min walk and £40.

The room was small but warm and everything you needed little bit outdated and need of few touch ups remote control didn’t work properly but used tv Buttons. The shower very tiny not really a waterfall shower and the shower door didn’t shut properly so meant less room. Not to far to main town pubs etc . Easy entry and always had quick reply from staff .

We phoned before we booked and were told we would have a ground floor room. When we arrived we had been allocated a room on the third floor. We had to find alternative accommodation and didn’t stay there as we hadn’t got what was agreed. The trip costs us double than anticipated Phil morton
